How do you define Inclusion?

This is not the first time we’ve asked this question to our community but it’s important to keep coming back to it.

We cannot assume everyone’s definition of Inclusion.

The term is overused, misused, exploited. So it’s highly important to organizations who VALUE inclusion that you come to a SHARED definition of inclusion.

What we mean by shared is allowing your team to help define it. That all new people also have the opportunity to contribute to the shared definition. So everyone within the organisation takes on a level of ownership and responsibility. Which will contribute to more team morale, aligned behaviours and true CONNECTION!
